Meet Dr. Andrijana Jevtic

I was first introduced to chiropractic care in my teen years. A friend of my mom’s suggested she take me to a great chiropractor near us because I was always popping and cracking my neck and back trying to find comfort. It was with chiropractic care that I finally got relief and became a less squirmy teen. I stayed under regular care throughout my college career at UCLA where I received my Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics.

After graduating from UCLA, I became a Public Health Microbiologist for the LA County Public Health Laboratory. It served as a great stepping stone when I decided to go back to school to become a chiropractor. I graduated summa cum laude from Los Angeles Chiropractic College-SCUHS as the class valedictorian in 2013. My additional training through the Applied Clinical Nutrition (ACN) certification program is in nutritional counseling, which allows me to guide my patients toward more natural remedies (food and herbs) to help them heal.

I chose to open my own chiropractic and nutritional counseling office in Long Beach in 2013 as a fresh new grad. I did the best that I could with what I knew, but I prayed to meet an amazing mentor to help guide me better. In 2015, my prayers were answered with not one, but two wonderful mentors; Dr. Miller and Julie Miller! They took me under their wings and helped me to become a better doctor and business owner. Dr. Miller personally trained me in the Palmer upper cervical and Gonstead chiropractic techniques that his father taught him, and I became proficient in providing the same specific and personalized care that so many patients have come to love and appreciate from the Millers.

I am happily married to my husband Nick, and I enjoy keeping my loved ones moving and feeling well. I hope that you’ll give me the opportunity to do the same for you and your loved ones, too.
